  • Please find below a summary of Unique’s warranty program. Unique carries an extensive in-house inventory of spare parts for all our products. With licensed gas fitters manning our Technical Support Department, you will quickly get the information you require. We’ve been in this business over 50 years by supporting our customers.

    In order to qualify for Unique's warranty, end-users must register their specific information by filling out the warranty card enclosed with each purchased unit. Registration must occur within 30 days of original purchase date.


    UNIQUE 30 / 24 / 20 Gas Ranges - One Year limited Warranty

    Highlights:

    • One year on all parts (Unique to provide replacement parts where required - Unique pays for freight to the selling dealer)
    • Unique is responsible for parts warranty only - labor not included (customer's responsibility)
    • Warranty available to original purchaser, from date of purchase, and non-transferable
    • Purchaser required to return at their expense defective part/unit to dealer where originally purchased

    UNIQUE 8 / 10 / 13 / 15 / 18 (including Stainless versions) - Five Year Limited Warranty

    Highlights:

    • One year on all parts (Unique to provide replacement parts where required - Unique pays for freight to the selling dealer)

    • Unique is responsible for parts warranty only - labor not included (customer's responsibility)
    • Warranty available to original purchaser, from date of purchase, and non-transferable
